Budget Smsar ("we," "us," "our") is the trade name of Budget Advertising Services, an independently owned and licensed business in the United Arab Emirates that provides advertising services. We advertise items on behalf of their owners on our website and social media pages. We do not buy, sell, own, or take possession of any item listed on our platform. All negotiations, inspections, and transactions for an item take place directly between the buyer and the seller (item owner).

We charge a fee per vehicle advertisement, as displayed on our website at the time of listing. Prices shown are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before a listing is published.

Fees are non-refundable once an advertisement has been published. Customers may not cancel or request a refund for a listing that is already live. If we fail to publish a paid listing within a reasonable timeframe due to an error on our part, the customer is entitled to a full refund or, at our discretion, a corrected listing at no additional cost. By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.

The person submitting an item for advertisement is responsible for ensuring that all information provided (including price, condition, and photographs) is accurate and truthful. We do not independently verify item condition, ownership, or history, and are not responsible for any inaccurate, misleading, or false information submitted by a customer.

We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing that contains false information, stolen or unregistered items, offensive content, or content that violates UAE law or the policies of the platforms we advertise on.

Our main purpose is to give your item maximum exposure by advertising it to a wide audience, so you receive inquiries from potential buyers. We advertise items but do not guarantee that any item will be sold, nor within any specific timeframe. Whether an item sells depends on factors outside our control, including the price set by the owner and the availability of an interested buyer. We are not a party to any sale agreement between a buyer and seller and accept no liability for disputes, payment issues, or the condition of any item sold through a listing we advertised.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company, brand, business, or third-party page — including any page that copies or reposts our content without our permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
